Animal Clinic of Council Bluffs was founded in 1972 by Dr. Harry Schumacher . In 2006, Dr. Melissa Harrer purchased the practice from Dr. Schumacher as he entered retirement. Animal Clinic of Council Bluffs has been providing the highest level of veterinary care to dogs, cats, and pets of Council Bluffs and Pottawattamie County for almost 4 decades.
